Calvary Chapel Outreach Ministries (CCOM) is a locally registered NGO that was born out of the founding church, Calvary Chapel Entebbe. The four projects of CCOM are Calvary Chapel Entebbe, Calvary Chapel Christian Academy, Calvary Chapel Island Mission and The Carter Demonstration Farm.

CCOM’s Vision is to:

Plant healthy, active Acts 2:42 churches which faithfully teach “the whole counsel of God” and

Practice the command of Jesus to love our neighbor, seen in charitable works and projects birthed from the local church which benefit members and the community.

CCOM’s Mission is: “Teach the Word, love the people”.

As we faithfully teach the Word we believe that God’s Holy Spirit will minister by the Word and that great work of transformation will come about in people’s lives.  The example of Acts 2:42 provides for us the four pillars upon which a healthy church is built.  And they continued in the apostle’s doctrine, fellowship, the breaking of bread and in prayers.

CCOM’s Guiding Verses are:

  • Romans 10:17 – Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
  • Isaiah 58:10 – 12 If you extend your soul to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted soul, then your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your darkness shall be as the noonday. The Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.
